Now we'll shift our focus to developing a comprehensive strategy for your website, including its structure, content, and user experience. This lays the foundation for a website that not only looks great but also serves its purpose effectively.

With the strategy finalized, we'll finally begin designing your website. This involves adding your imagery, inserting your copy, refining the design based on your feedback, and ensuring that every element aligns with your brand and goals.

The final day is all about bringing your brand and website to life. HeyMae will deliver the final design files, assist with the website launch, and provide you with the tools and knowledge you need to maintain and grow your brand online.

when do we get started?
To begin your VIP Week experience, simply fill out a project inquiry form. After reviewing your information, we'll schedule a discovery call to ensure we're the perfect fit for your project. Once we've confirmed our harmony, we'll agree on a project start date. To keep the project on track, HeyMae will rely on your timely submission of project materials and feedback. Your dedication to completing 'homework' promptly will ensure a smooth and successful collaboration.
how involved am i in the process?
Due to the accelerated nature of our VIP Design Week, HeyMae requires clients to be highly involved and available every day of the project. This includes regular communication and feedback sessions to ensure that I'm meeting your expectations and deadlines. You'll also need to be vigilant about submitting project materials and feedback promptly to keep the project on track.
Before the project start date, HeyMae will provide you with a detailed schedule outlining what I'll need from you at each stage of the process. This will allow you to plan accordingly and ensure that you can dedicate the necessary time and attention to the project.
Failure to adhere to the schedule may result in project delays that could extend the project beyond the 7-day timeframe. Your commitment and active participation are crucial to the success of your VIP Design Week experience.
what if i need additional changes?
The VIP Hit Sensation package includes 2 revision rounds for both brand and website design. To ensure we're on the right track, the brand strategy session on Day 1 and the website strategy session on Day 4 are crucial.
If additional revisions are needed beyond the included rounds, they will extend the project timeline and be billed at HeyMae's hourly rate. I strive to provide you with a comprehensive and polished design within the 7-day timeframe, and your input and feedback during the strategy sessions and revision rounds are key to achieving this
how is my project priortized?
HeyMae prioritizes VIP Design Week projects by blocking off dedicated calendar time specifically for prospective VIPs. This means that if you choose to proceed with the VIP offering, your project will skip ahead of other client projects in the queue.
During these blocked-off weeks, we do not overlap client projects, ensuring that VIPs receive my full 1:1 creative attention and energy. This approach allows HeyMae to focus solely on your project, providing you with the dedicated support and collaboration you deserve for a successful design experience.
