PRODUCT LICENSE
By purchasing a product from HeyMae Digital & Design, you adhere to and are legally bound by the Product License terms as stated below.

All products and design assets sold at HeyMae Digital & Design are Copyright © 2021-2022 HeyMae Digital & Design.



CREATIVE KITS
With your one purchase of a Creative Kit from HeyMae Digital & Design, you hold the license to use the items in that kit for:

Personal use
Commercial use (on your blog, social media channels or that of a client)
In up to 500 end products / end sales (see below for details)

END PRODUCT
An End Product design requires time, effort and skill to produce. You cannot slightly change the items purchased from HeyMae Digital & Design to re-sell – you must be able to create a new design incorporating a variety of design elements. You must not re-sell, share (eg. as opt-ins or freebies) or re-distribute any of the items purchased. When using items you’ve purchased from HeyMae Digital & Design in your design, your customers must not be able to extract those items for further use (eg. in templates).

NUMBER OF SALES
A license from HeyMae Digital & Design covers you for up to 500 sales of an end product(s). For example, you could create one product and sell it up to 500 times, or you could create 2 products and sell them 250 times each. If you wish to sell more than 500 total units of your end product/s, you will need to re-purchase the product. Please contact Sophie if you require any large-scale license options.

PROHIBITED USE
On-Demand Applications: Any use that allows anyone other than the Licensee to customize a digital or physical end product is prohibited. You must not provide any graphics or fonts purchased from HeyMae Digital & Design in editable templates – physical, digital or within an app.
Re-Sale or Re-Distribution: You must not re-sell or re-distribute (eg. sharing as freebies, opt-ins) any items purchased from HeyMae Digital & Design.



FONTS
HeyMae Digital & Design fonts can be used in both personal and commercial work and in the design of unlimited end products for sale. You must not re-sell, transfer or redistribute the font – your design using the font must be flattened so the font cannot be extracted. You, the purchaser of the font, hold the license to use the font. You must not share the font. All other users require a license of their own. The font can be used in a design for a client (eg. logo, branding) however the font itself cannot be transferred to the client. They will need to purchase the font themselves if they wish to use it further. You may embed a font into a web theme that you are using for your own website (eg. WordPress, WIX, Showit, Squarespace) however, you must not embed a font in a theme to sell. If a product contains both fonts and graphics, the fonts are sold under the Fonts license terms above and the graphics are sold under the Creative Kits license terms above (the fonts can be used unlimited times but the graphics have end product limitations). The Prohibited Use terms above apply to your font license.



BLOG & WEBSITE THEMES
BLOGGER
You may use your new theme on your own blog or that of ONE client and make changes to personalize it. You must not re-sell, re-distribute or share your new theme and you must not remove the theme footer credit to HeyMae Digital & Design.

WIX
One purchase of a Wix template allows you to use the template for ONE Wix site in your own Wix account. You do not have permission to transfer / edit and transfer / edit and re-sell / or redistribute. The template is copyrighted to HeyMae Digital & Design and you do not have permission to claim the design or structure as your own. You must not remove the footer site credit to HeyMae Digital & Design.



BLOG STYLING KITS
The graphics in these kits can be used on your own blog or on the blog of ONE client. You must not re-distribute, re-sell or share any of the graphics in a product, as freebies or in templates.



INSTAGRAM STYLING KITS
The Instagram products sold on HeyMae Digital & Design are to be used on your personal/blog/business Instagram profile only. You must not sell, share or give away any of the files you receive in the packs and you must add your own text/photos to the Instagram templates before posting on Instagram. All Instagram Highlight Icons include a HeyMae Digital & Design credit watermark at the bottom of the image which must not be removed or hidden when uploading to your Instagram.



APP ICONS
App icons are strictly for use on your personal iPhone home screen only and must not be shared or re-sold.



CANVA TEMPLATES
You may use the templates to create images for yourself or for ONE client (eg. if you are a social media manager or virtual assistant).

You must not share, re-sell, re-distribute or give away any templates or graphic elements included in the product, they are for your use only. Media Kit templates are for your use only and cannot be used to create media kits for friends or clients.



LOGOS & BRANDING KITS
Once work has begun on a logo/branding pack, you are not able to change to a different design. You have the option to purchase a Preview before purchasing a larger pack. You, the purchaser of the designs, have the full rights to print and use of the designs you have purchased for your brand and branding materials, including stationery, brochures, fliers, website, blog, social media and any other branding collateral. You must not re-sell or re-distribute any of the branding elements.

HeyMae Digital & Design provides both high-resolution and pre-sized digital files. These files will not be sent until approved by the purchaser. HeyMae Digital & Design holds no responsibility for any future use of the files and issues that may arise, such as printing results, uploading to website, sizing, future brand changes. An additional purchase may be required for alterations to the digital files after they have been approved and delivered.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to save the files once delivered and to keep them in a safe place as they will be removed from HeyMae Digital & Design's system 7 days after confirmation of delivery.
